Our students and staff celebrated America’s 250th birthday one minute of reading at a time this summer through our Read, White, and Blue Summer Reading Challenge! 📖🇺🇸

Our school and student challenge winners are:

• School Winners — Highest student and staff participation

  • Elementary: Lincoln Elementary Magnet School

  • Middle: Turkey Creek Middle School

  • High: Strawberry Crest High School

• Student Winners — Randomly selected from students who completed their reading bingo card

  • K-2: Jacob K., Essrig Elementary School

  • 3-5: Selena I., Davis Elementary School

  • 6-8: Luca M., Roland Park K-8 School

  • 9-12: Swara D., Strawberry Crest High School

Each school winner will receive an author visit with Greg Neri. Each student winner received a bag full of books and other goodies, plus $500 for their school library.
